- • I stayed at Residencial Flores on July 30th in suite 04. The facilities lack investment. Hard bed. It feels like sleeping on plywood, the electric shower works. However, it almost burns my skin because the water is too hot due to weak water pressure. The toilet is loose from the bathroom floor, causing a bad smell. The air conditioning doesn't cool enough. The hotel entrance, banner completely torn, when it rains we get wet when entering and leaving the hotel! I have complained several times for improvements to happen. The daily rate through booking is being charged at R$ 160. At Sfera Motel, the suite costs R$ 110. With breakfast. I am not advertising Sfera Motel, but undoubtedly the comfort is much better than Residencial Flores.

Amazing place and the location is super wonderful, I felt at home, I really loved it.

- • Young people making noise all night. There is no concierge, we spent almost half an hour trying to contact them to open the door.
