- • So many stairs. Also you can't call that breakfast. The room wasn't even clean, I saw hair on my sheets and floor, I saw hair everywhere. The quality of the sheets was really bad. Also, no iron and no hangers in the room's closet :/
The breakfast was good, there was a lot of choice. The location is perfect, right in the middle, 3 minutes to the Metro, 2 minutes from the Mall.

- • Poorly soundproofed room, so noise from outside can be heard; loud ventilation; dark room lighting; limited breakfast choices; unpleasant odors at the entrance
The structure is dated and not well maintained. Surely it should be renovated and maintenance and care could be improved

- • There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage, you have to carry it up the entrance stairs by hand. However, the suitcases were very heavy and the staff helped us with great availability.
