- • Everything in the hotel was bad. I booked a room overlooking the lake and it was changed to a room overlooking the pool without compensation, apology, or good treatment from them, unfortunately. A trip I won't repeat.
Good location - Having a pool in the summer is naturally a great thing.

- • Geneva in general is very expensive for comfortable lakeside hotels. So I shouldn't have been surprised by the price... and I chose to book, of course. Also, when requesting to recharge our hybrid we were met with practical disbelief which I found odd for a 5-star hotel. It was done in the end but we seemed to be the first people who ever asked for this?
The Trees Had the Best Lake View.
Magnificent lake views and an excellent location, but service felt distant and impersonal (except Soumyo who was warm) ... hospitality

- • Early check-in proved elusive, late was hustled, the lake view was partially obscured, and basic amenities were missing. Prestigious address, but lacking the warmth of true luxury
