- • The breakfast was not good, and unfortunately, the room service was also unsatisfactory. I requested water several times, but I did not receive any response or assistance. I hope the hotel can improve these services in the future.

Excellent for a summer's visit to Geneva, central and with the possibility to swim in Lake Geneva.
Fantastic location just across the street from Lake Geneva. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool facility.

- • My first room was large and well-appointed, but I could hear talking from the neighboring room through the adjoining door. On request, I was moved to another, smaller, but quieter room.

- • Everything in the hotel was bad. I booked a room overlooking the lake and it was changed to a room overlooking the pool without compensation or apology, and no good treatment from them, unfortunately, a trip I won't repeat

- • Geneva, in general, is very expensive for comfortable lakeside hotels. So I shouldn't have been surprised by the price... and I chose to book, of course. Also, when requesting to recharge our hybrid we were met with practical disbelief which I found odd for a 5-star hotel. It was done in the end but we seemed to be the first people who ever asked for this?
