Clean and spacious hotel but noisy.
Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, friendly staff. Located in a neighborhood near Madrid Rio, pleasant for walking around and close to the shopping center. Well connected by buses to the city center.

- • I rated low on the facilities due to the shower pressure and especially the soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear a lot of what the rooms next door are saying, and I had a noisy couple next door at night which made it hard for me to sleep. Also in the morning, guests from another room started singing happy birthday at 8 in the morning and talking to family members for an hour as if nothing, and they also woke us up abruptly. It's a shame about this aspect, otherwise I would have rated it better.
Not very comfortable especially if you wanted to relax in the room.
Nothing really.

- • The property was very dated, the rooms were definitely not of a four-star standard, no English TV, wardrobes were broken, the bathtub was too small, no iron for a four-star hotel, we had to request that and then asked to walk down 8 floors to collect it from reception, no USB outlets, all very disappointed for a four-star, should be classified as a 3-star.
The friendliness of the hotel employees, attentive to everything.
