The location and parking of the hotel itself. Close to the center. The breakfast was okay.

- • Furthermore, it's a soulless hut. There seems to have been an attempt to renovate it, but it all looks rather tacky and thrown together. Also, the vague seating outside the entrance - with shady characters sitting there drinking and making fun of hotel guests all evening - does not invite you to sit there. The drain in our shower was clogged and reported it. Hardly any response or anything received. This was okay for once, but I won't go there again.

Great for a short visit to the city of Plzen!
Parking for the motorcycle in the garage, very diverse good breakfast. In a few minutes, you are on foot in the old town/center.

- • Confusing (presumably) AI-controlled check-in information that was not necessary at all since the check-in worked quickly and uncomplicated at the reception.

- • Missing air conditioning in the room! Our stay was during warm nights. It was stuffy and warm in the room even with the window open. Somewhere near the hotel, you could hear a party of people having fun until early morning hours, for which, of course, the hotel is not responsible, but it was not possible to close the window due to the absence of air conditioning in the room.
