Exceeding expectations in every way, this was truly an excellent stay for a first trip to Paris. I had booked this for my parents as a special anniversary surprise, and everything about the stay, including the rooms, location, and customer service from the F&B team, front desk, guest services, and concierge, was simply unbeatable. This is what exceptional service and creating genuine memories for guests truly looks like. I had requested additional assistance to make the stay even more special for my parents, and the entire team went above and beyond in answering and responding to every one of my enquiries over many months, often doing even more than I had asked to make the stay unforgettable. Perfect lunch experience!
My sister and I were fortunate to have a lunch reservation in La Cour Jardin on May 7. I believe it was only the second day of opening for the season . We were greeted by Emma and served by Matheo . Enzo and Lorenzo provided excellent oversight of our experience. Everything was perfect and the food could not have been more delicious (lobster burger, sea bass, beurre sucre and salted caramel ice cream sundae). Thanks for the lovely day, can’t wait to return!
