Good location. Affordable price. Clean. The double room is reasonable in size, but the triple and quadruple rooms are a bit cramped, not very comfortable. There are eateries around. If you are on a tight budget, this is a decent homestay. There is a hot and cold water dispenser, and complimentary tea and coffee sachets, although very sweet.

Overall quiet and comfortable. Able to get a good night's rest.
Walking distance to the Waterfront where there is a variety of delicious and affordable seafood. Very near to Gaya Street where the weekends are bustling with activities. Variety of sundry shops and restaurants nearby.

- • Managed to get a booking at the last moment and had to climb to the third floor. The bathroom toilet was not functioning properly; it could not be flushed down. The bathroom floor was uneven, with stagnant pools of water.
It was very pleasant to live in.
It is very centrally located, not far from the old town and also close to the market on the promenade. Very helpful with sightseeing recommendations during booking.

It is located between KK Plaza and Centre Point Sabah in KOTA, across a major road. Please note that it is near Jabatan Kejuruteraan DBKK. The staff was very friendly. Finding a restaurant or convenience store when leaving the accommodation for a meal is not difficult.

- • It is a small-scale accommodation with no elevator. The room size is suitable for solo travelers, but it is quite old, and the bathroom, located right at the entrance, is very narrow. Two large towels are provided. The cleanliness of the bed sheets was unclear, with visible stains. No separate request for replacement was made. The indoor floor is wooden, and there are no indoor slippers, so it would be good to bring your own. The air conditioning worked well but appeared dusty, and the small window was covered only with a thin curtain, allowing outside noise (people, motorcycles) to be heard clearly without filtration. Considering these aspects, the value for money is rather poor. The price should be lower to be reasonable. Travelers who value cleanliness, location, convenience, tranquility, and facilities should not stay here. If you only need a place to sleep, it is acceptable, although slightly inconvenient. The staff is very friendly. Communication in English is not a problem.

The hotel is very centrally located. You can get everywhere quickly, with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The family room is pleasantly spacious, and everything was clean. The staff is very friendly and available for questions.
