To Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa and Resort, I need your help. I am looking for a white-red stripes shirt. I had a great time with my family during our stay on 20-22, June this year at your hotel. Unfortunately, I seemed to have left one of my clothes in the closet in the room of 637 (if I remember it correctly). Since I really love the shirt, I was wondering if it is possible for you to locate it and send it back for me? Overall would stay there again no issues, good breakfast, loved the onsen, just wished the beach was open for longer

- • It is a mystery that every facility in the hotel is charged for.
The staff is friendly, the location is good, and the sea view is beautiful. However, compared to the room rate, the room is small and the facilities are somewhat old. I would consider revisiting the hotel if the rooms are renovated.
Great location, great beach and outdoor pool. The Okinawan cuisine for breakfast is delicious.

- • Compared to the high room rate, the facilities are relatively old. Facilities such as indoor swimming pool and gym require additional charges. Sun umbrellas and beach chairs at the beach are also charged separately. Since the room rate is already quite high, there are quite a few additional fees. The cost performance is relatively low.
Great baby and kid playrooms available, and large kid pools. Comfortable bed.

Good stay for families with children
The location, the onsen was exquisite, with a nice indoor pool. Varied and good quality breakfast. Very attentive staff.
