- • It is an outdated hotel. You can walk in or out without the staff greeting you. The rooms are neat and clean, but the air conditioning does not cool below 25 degrees Celsius. It is warm and humid in the room. The website contains inaccurate information. The (ro)bot did not bring drinks at 10:30 PM, the kitchen was already closed at 10 PM. The breakfast is good, not excessive to avoid waste. Lactose-free options were limited, with only a pack of lactose-free and soy milk available. The man at the restaurant made a nice latte for me. Good service! Breakfast is until 10 AM. Well before 10 AM, they start cleaning up and even turn off the lights. We did not feel welcome! We do not recommend the hotel. In our opinion, not worth the stars... despite the convenient location near Verona.

This was a nice stay honestly! We stayed for 3 nights to visit 3 different places. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well! The housekeeper was also very nice. Furthermore, the hotel is technologically advanced as they allow you to check in advance and when the rooms are assigned, you don't even need to pass by the reception when arriving at the hotel. Recommended stay!

- • One evening we had people in our hallway who had a dog with them, at 10 PM we heard the dog barking for a while. In my opinion, it seems more hygienic and guest-friendly if dogs are not allowed.
