- • They called me late at night, hours that are not appropriate to call anyone, for a problem that had nothing to do with me. Absolute lack of respect.
The staff was nice but they should take better care that the jacuzzi worked.
We booked a room with a jacuzzi, which did not heat the water. After notifying the staff and being told it was fixed, it remained the same. We paid an extra fee to have that option in the room and we could not use it because it was not working properly. The cleaning service also did not enter the room during our stay. Overall, a bad experience.

- • The room is run-down, the bathroom is run-down
Bad experience, feeling of disgust.
The bathroom had a lot of black mold, and the room smelled musty, it was very small. And the bed was terrible.

The first day they gave us an unrenovated room, without closets, without bedside tables.
