Hotel and room are clean and look new, large and comfortable bed. The room is small, but has the basic amenities. Good soundproofing to the street, street noise did not bother us. Attentive and helpful staff.

Comfortable, clean place.
Despite being in the shadow of the Manhattan bridge, the double-glazed windows did their work. Aside from a dull rumble, it wasn't noisy. Wonderful comfy bed and lovely shower with strong water pressure. Clean overall hotel. Location is a bit iffy, and for people not from there, which I am, it can be a bit daunting and isolated. Accommodating, helpful staff.

- • The wifi was a bit iffy. Would love a water kettle in the room, and maybe a full-length mirror.
Awesome stay the hotel was nice and we felt safe at all times there. The staff was very friendly and if I’d ever stay
The hotel itself was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that smoking is not allowed whatsoever on the premises.

- • The only downside which is not the hotel's fault but the area around it is pretty dirty. I wish Chinatown was more up-kept but it’s not the hotel's fault.
