Nice building, great location, but has little else to offer and is quite noisy. Very few sunbeds or chairs by the pool and a very uninviting pool.

We always stay at Majapahit when in Surabaya - the property is beautiful & very comfortable & the staff are very good

- • There was some confusion after we had paid a deposit for extra room service & this was not recognised by some shift staff however this was sorted out amicably

- • The hotel has a history, which is pleasant but it lacks a lot of soul and the maintenance of the buildings leaves something to be desired. Friendly staff but not at the level of Hyatt Yoyakarta in terms of smiles, presence, and attentiveness. Way too few sunbeds for the pool, we had to sit on the ground every time...
