- • There was a smell in the rooms. The cleanliness was not as expected when we took the room. The TV worked very poorly, the internet was almost nonexistent. I asked for a hairdryer, they gave me one without the adapter and none of the room sockets were suitable for that appliance. Not only that, but the hairdryer they gave me had a burnt plug. The staff was not very helpful about this. The parking they claim to have on booking is charged and it is two blocks away, it is a private parking and they do not guarantee a spot.
The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is very nice. Pity about the staff's attention and breakfast. Otherwise, very good

- • The staff's attention is very unfriendly, they work reluctantly. The breakfast is very poor. They filled the coffee maker with coffee that came in a plastic bucket, it was not pleasant to see. They could have put a little more...
Good day when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us they do not have parking and when we paid, he said they have parking, I showed him and he said no, that is paid separately and it is a parking lot 5 blocks away 🤦♀️ and that was the first thing I checked because we traveled by car.

- • Attitudes sometimes at reception and mainly in the breakfast area. They gestured a lot and did it with great reluctance. When asked about something, the breakfast products were of poor quality
