Fantastic accommodation!
Our stay at Luzeiros was simply fantastic! My mother and I spent a week with a lot of comfort, attention, and good food! The staff's service is the highlight! All very polite, helpful, and friendly, especially Mr. Elierson who welcomed us very well and throughout our stay was always kind, Mr. Rogério in the restaurant (evening) always kind, polite, and patient, Wellington, Márcio (who patiently took the car every time without adjusting the seat, Marlon, and many others... the hotel is next to Shopping Rio Mar, which made it easier for meals and some small purchases. The breakfast is very diverse, changes the hot dishes every day, has freshly made tapioca, fried cheese, and omelet made to order. A spectacle! There is a walkway that you can use if you want. The room is very comfortable and clean! Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are from Boticário, and they replenish them every day if needed. Parking is paid, 25 reais per day, but I found it worth it for the convenience. The hotel's location is excellent as it provides access to the main neighborhoods and roads in Recife. The hotel has 24-hour private security. We will definitely return. Thank you to the entire Luzeiros team! Don't let your level of service drop!

- • Coffee could be better. Disappointed with the service, I made a reservation for 5 people, 1 room for 2 adults with a 4-year-old child and another room for 2 adults. We requested, as in every hotel, an extra bed for the child; when we arrived, we noticed that there was only a double bed. We called reception, and they said they only had a crib, but it didn't fit, I questioned that we received no answers to the reservation made on May 28, 1 month in advance, and he replied, 'Is the child paying? Isn't it complimentary? If it's complimentary, he has to sleep with you. Your reservation was made through booking, your option is to change rooms, surprise, triple room with a difference of 809.00, I even felt discriminated against for being booking 'we do not work with these booking values,' in short, all the beauty of the hotel declined due to 2 unfortunate phrases and discrimination.
