- • Employees, except for Sergio from the front desk and Juan from the coffee restaurant, both very attentive. ON 09/14 WE WERE AWAKENED AT 4:50 AM WITH KICKS ON THE WALL. LOUD NOISE, SHOUTING, MOANS OF A REAL ORGY IN APT. 1507 ON 09/14 UNTIL 7 AM (OURS WAS 1508) WE REQUESTED ACTION FROM THE FRONT DESK BUT THE MESS CONTINUED). all common areas with air conditioning at tremendously low temperatures, especially in the breakfast room, only improving on the day we spoke with Juan. Regrettable for a hotel with such a structure to give so little importance to its customers.
