Hotel very centrally located close to everything, the ADO Ferry, 5th Avenue. It has parking. Super clean, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend

Excellent place to stay in Playa del Carmen
The room is spacious, has a wardrobe for clothes, minibar, fan, and air conditioning. The bathroom is large and well divided. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. We couldn't use the pool as we went on many tours, but the area is very pleasant. There was always parking available. The room was always clean. We stayed for a week and requested cleaning only three times. The hotel is close to everything. Far enough from the noise and hustle of the bars, but at the same time close. In 5 minutes, you are on 5th Avenue.

Idyllic
Everything! The kindness of the staff, especially Gregorio at the reception; the superb room, the pool, the tranquility of the place, the location next to 5th Avenue without the noise, free parking, and fresh water available (very important in Mexico)
