Excellent location and comfort to explore the city, with room for improvement in service
The hotel's location is fantastic; we walked to the Historic Center in about 30 minutes and the nearby metro stations allowed us to move around the city very efficiently. In addition, the area is very practical as it has convenience stores (Oxxo), banks, many options for street food, and an excellent taqueria called "El Balín" just a few steps away. As for the room, the internet worked wonderfully, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom was always in perfect condition, with hot water available at all times.

- • The hotel's main weak point is noise management. The rooms are not well soundproofed, so we could hear everything that happened in the hallways, conversations, and noises from neighboring rooms, which interrupted our rest several times. On the other hand, the reception staff's attention has room for improvement: upon arrival, we had problems with the check-in because they did not see the full payment for our stay reflected, and we had to contact Booking support to resolve it.
