- • There was nowhere to heat water, the kitchen did not have the utensils at hand
The receptionist Alexa is extremely helpful and patient, she helped us a lot. The location is great, by car we were 15 minutes from downtown and Zona T. At night, the neighborhood is very lively as it is close to the universities, which we found very good. It took us 50 minutes to walk from the historic center to the hotel at a very slow pace.
