Would love to come back again.
The property is very premium and the staff is very good in helping us sort out all my problems.. I travelled alone and especially Mathew at the reception was very kind enough to guide me all about Vancouver

The hotel, restaurant and our room are decorated in elegant French style but looked old. Our Premier One Bedroom King Suite had the bedroom separated from the living room by the toilet but the rooms in our suite were not spacious. The location was not so near the main shopping areas but in a more quiet location with office buildings surrounding it. The hotel receptionist was gracious to allow us to leave a bag for a few days with the hotel even prior to our check in.

- • The air condition was very loud when it turned itself on and when it remained on. When the air condition turned itself off (due to the thermostat control), it turned off with loud double clicks. As the air conditioner was just above our heads when sleeping, this was extremely annoying.
