- • Hotel worn out by time, doesn't seem to be sufficiently maintained. The air conditioning in our room was not working, we had to sleep in the middle of August with the window open to get some air. My wife and children almost got stuck in the only functional elevator in our building (information from the staff who carried our suitcases), the elevator doors closed behind me hastily, causing a bruise on my wife's forearm, and the elevator remained motionless without reopening the doors for a while. The staff apologized and informed us that they were aware of the malfunctions and that a repairman was supposed to intervene. Very aging and poorly maintained hotel, the corridor walls are very dirty, as well as the worn-out floor, our bathroom faucet was not attached to the sink. We didn't have time to visit the outside or enjoy the pool, as it was just a one-night stopover. Price incompatible with what is offered. Probably 5 stars in its early years of service, not anymore.
It was simply pleasant.

- • The hotel is falling apart. Should not be open to the public. They are in the middle of a renovation. This should have never been listed on booking. I will reconsider booking at booking in the future because of this experience.

Very dangerous in an advanced state of unsanitary conditions, I am very stressed by this stay, I request a refund.

- • The danger, the unsanitary conditions, the dirt, the nonexistent stars in reality. I am shocked by the rooms, the exteriors, and the incompetent staff. I did not pay for a 5-star hotel to find myself taking inventory of equipment in deplorable condition like the floors, the clogged shower, the wobbly toilet, the water pressure, all the work on the terrace very dangerous, duvet covers with holes, bad smell from the entrance, neighboring room and neighboring terrace abandoned littered with dust and waste, mattresses, cardboard, dirt, odors.
