Very bad experience. Avoid this hotel, it's nothing special and way too expensive!!!
Nothing, it was a disaster! We arrived at 9 pm and couldn't get in, later after receiving an email we managed to enter using a code.

- • EVERYTHING! This is a disgrace. This is not how you run a hotel, never anyone present and only reachable by phone, where a faint voice answers and you can hardly understand. Best Western Hotel, right next door, with very friendly staff and for the same price (136 € per night) where we could leave our luggage for free, and they called a taxi for us several times for free. Advice: book this hotel if you want to stay in the same area: price-quality ratio is incomparably better!
Hotel very well located near the Place des Arts.
Very well located, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, with shower and toilet. Very welcoming staff.

- • The sink is a bit too narrow, that's the only downside.
The remote reception through WhatsApp messages was greatly appreciated, clear instructions. The arrival (outside the building + entrance to the building) was inviting. And the room was simple and efficient.

The location is quite good, quick access to the city center. It's not very noisy and comfortable.

- • In general, the rooms are quite small, without a closet, and the bathroom is translucent and tiny. It's okay for a short stay but it's small. Also, there are several floors without an elevator, be careful if you bring a lot of luggage as you will sweat to carry them up.
Devastating impact, very clean room, very small, central area and kind staff. I wouldn't go back, but it was okay.
The location was great. Clean rooms with regular change of everything and very kind staff. They offer you the possibility to keep your luggage and a very clean bathroom available.

- • I didn't even want to enter, it looks so bad, ugly, with stairs without an elevator. Stairs and entrance walls are very poorly maintained. The rooms don't have luggage racks or clothes hangers for hotels, in fact, it's not a hotel. Moreover, two drug addicts outside bothering us asking for food.
Wonderful.
Everything was perfect, the location is the best. More central impossible. The sheets were impeccable, super soft and comfortable pillows. The staff was top-notch.

- • The only thing that could be improved are the stairs. To go up, you have to climb several flights.
