I was there for a short time, but the staff was super friendly and attentive at all times, the room was impeccable, I didn't think it would be so big, the bathroom as well, hot water all day and very spacious. The view from the room is spectacular. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The price seemed super affordable to me, and although the location is a bit far from the center, I didn't find it a problem, I would definitely go back.

The hotel is beautiful, with a beautiful view of Lake Argentino, the administrative staff is very cordial and efficient. The masseuse Karina is a luxury.

Excellent place! I recommend it.
The breakfast is complete, the location is very nice as it faces Lake Argentino. They were very kind, we needed to leave our luggage before check-in time and they received it without any problem! They also gave us a room with a balcony, as there was space, which made the stay even better. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Warm and dry
This is the warmest hotel in Patagonia! In winter in Argentina, this is the most important criterion when choosing a hotel. In this hotel, it is warm and dry. Good Euro windows. Large room. Clean. All plumbing is in working condition. Bed is comfortable. Blanket is warm. Tasty and varied breakfast (in my opinion). Friendly, accessible, competent staff.

- • The hotel is quite far from the main street. The nearest cafe is a 15-minute walk away. The hairdryer didn't work.

Best views in El Calafate
Ok, the location can't be beat, incredible. That being said, make sure you know where your room is. The main hotel is all new, the annexed part is the original rooms. We were in the old part, now to get to the old rooms you have to walk a bit and up stairs. They are very old rooms. It's a good 7-minute walk up and down stairs to get to the front desk or restaurant. The rooms inside the main hotel are much newer and closer to the restaurant and bar and have elevators. Paz at the front desk was the best.

The hotel is very nice. It offers breakfast from 06:30 to 10:00 with savory and sweet options. The location is somewhat complicated, if you don't have a car, the center is an hour's walk away. What we didn't like is that the room's TV only has DirecTV and you can't watch Netflix or YouTube
