Perfect stay in Hue
Quiet place, probably best sleep we had in Vietnam, clean, well maintained, in a great location and close to everything. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff especially the lady that served us breakfast every morning. Good breakfast.

Incredibly friendly staff and professionally managed hotel
Very professionally managed hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were well equipped. Since we arrived early in the morning by night bus, we requested a late check-in and late check-out, both of which were immediately approved. In addition to the late check-out (which was not charged to us), we could keep a room for an additional fee until the evening. The hotel staff helped us carry our luggage to the car.

5-star service in friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort
Already upon entering the hotel, I had such a good feeling because the two ladies at the reception are so friendly, professional, and helpful, as I mainly know it from very expensive hotels. Also, all the details in the room are so well thought out and the information is extremely helpful. Also, services like laundry, excursions, and transportation are particularly noteworthy. My room is on the 6th floor and very quiet and above all spotlessly clean. Everything within walking distance. Huge praise to everyone working here (especially to Ruby, Hanna, Tho, and Sarah) to make the stay a completely successful experience.
