Decent quality hotel and very good price for the standard.

Flamingo Time!
Check-in was super-efficient, as Kevin also helped organize a superb tour (he recommended), a taxi, and a boat, all in about 15 minutes, including all payments. Breakfast was decent, with a nice view over the adjacent flamingo pond. The location is probably among the best in town, very close to all restaurants that matter and to the beach.

I would stay again, good location, clean, comfortable.
Property was conveniently located and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good (eggs, bread, fruit, coffee) and filling. Bed was comfortable and air con was cold. Nice view of the flamingo pond. Room and property were clean and set up of transportation to/from port was very helpful.

- • All was good. Had just finished a hotel stay on another island that the communication was excellent, which made it feel like home. Communication with this property was decent, but felt more like a basic hotel vs feeling like a special guest.
Our stay was everything we hoped for. It’s right by the main strip but it’s such a quiet town so it.
Our room had a sea and a lagoon view so we woke up and could see the flamingos in the lagoon. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, with air conditioning, cleaned every day, very comfortable bed, with lots of light, super pleasant views of the lagoon. It gave peace. The employees were very friendly. Right there they can help you with the tours. In our case, even cheaper than in other agencies. Full breakfast.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the proximity to the lagoon where we could see the flamingos.

We booked the room with the flamingos view and it was amazing. Breakfast is abundant and good. When we have arrived, there was a lady who didn't speak so well English. We booked two tours the day after and she didn't manage to help. After his colleague has started the shift and he was so helpful, he solved the issue in 2 minutes. I am very sorry I forgot his name but I hope to always find a so helpful and client oriented receptionist as him. The tour to Los Tuneles booked through the hotel was the best tour we had in all Galapagos.

- • We booked the room with the flamingos view and it was amazing. Breakfast is abundant and good. When we have arrived, there was a lady who didn't speak so well English. A good hotel without strange luxuries
The hotel, while not luxurious, has everything you need: the room is of adequate size, the beds are comfortable, there are several shelves to arrange your things and even the bathroom, apart from waiting for hot water, does its job. In addition, it is located in a wonderful position right in front of the flamingo lagoon: you can have breakfast from the dedicated room observing the pink birds eating in turn. There is a small pool which is always a welcome addition and you can have breakfast from 6.30, a time compatible with all Isabela excursions. The staff is friendly and helpful, we did three different excursions with them and we were satisfied. All points of interest in Puerto Villamil are within walking distance and around there are restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, agencies, bars and the beautiful local beach for refreshing walks. Upon our arrival by boat from Santa Cruz, they picked us up at the port and had the room ready even though it was very early. Final positive note the hot water dispensers, room temperature and cold, scattered a bit everywhere in the structure.

- • Sometimes under the shower, before the hot water came out, it was necessary to wait 10-15 minutes, not the best. There are a couple of refrigerators in the common areas available to customers, but none in the room. The hotel is very humid, it is necessary, to eradicate this humidity, to keep the air conditioning on even when it would not really be necessary. The television was missing the antenna cable and had never been configured, therefore unusable.
