- • The room I was assigned was not even close to the room I had paid for, there were noises in the ceiling, the window leaked water, the bathroom keys were loose.

- • At night it rained and the room we had flooded, our belongings got wet and the room's ceiling collapsed, the receptionist gave us another room and there were insects on the bed, then she gave us another room where we spent the night and the air conditioning did not work well and also there was a problem with the lights as they turned on and off by themselves and we could not rest well.
