Fantastic location, spectacular views, and a place to connect with nature!
I loved the location, the view from the hotel, and the pier were impressive. Something I didn't expect and was the most pleasant was having access to nature through the pier. Even more so, because I could see the vizcachas very closely that apparently are used to the hotel. The buffet breakfast and the service in the restaurant were very good. Although there wasn't much variety at lunch, and the prices seemed a bit excessive to me. The cleanliness and the complimentary fruit gave a particular touch to our stay. The complimentary cocktail also made me feel welcomed.

- • One thing I would suggest is to improve the service at the front desk. I think they need to welcome guests with more warmth, and be willing to suggest or show more interest in the guests.

Decent staff member and adequate facilities
Cristian was an excellent member of staff. Very helpful, arranged/rearranged tours and taxis at short notice. Always very pleasant and courteous
