Excellent hotel, but far away and with the sound of a pile driver

- • The hotel is excellent, but there are some points to consider: 1) far from the center; 2) all rooms face the hotel's internal area, there are no rooms with a view; 3) it is almost at the corner of Balcarce and the nightclubs. Yesterday, Friday, the wall of my room vibrated with the sound of a pile driver and loud music until 4:00 a.m., I simply couldn't sleep. 4) there is no phone in the rooms, I had to get dressed and go to the reception at 3:00 a.m. to complain about the noise and see if there was anything to do. 5) there is nothing to do, the police know about it and do nothing. I wouldn't stay there again. The hotel should inform about the noise during booking. If the guest sleeps with a pile driver in their head and doesn't mind staying in a room without a window and with no view, it is an excellent hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel's decoration and quality are beautiful. Very rich and complete breakfast. I highly value the actions taken to care for the environment (waste, energy, water). Everything is excellent!

Excellent hotel!
I traveled with my 11-year-old daughter, we had a great stay, super friendly staff, very varied and delicious breakfast, very comfortable rooms, everything very clean and the hotel itself is beautiful, with regional decoration, the photos do not do it justice, personally it is much nicer, we will definitely return!
