Nice & Centrally Located
Centrally located near the vibrant pedestrian streets. The atmosphere is dated and can be musty. Put on th AC to clear the air a bit. The rooms are spacious Service is nice. There is no noise. There is a complimentary drink in the bar. The value is good being in a central location. It has a busy atmosphere around the hotel but quiet in the room.

Hardware facilities really need to be improved for a five-star hotel!
1. The staff is friendly, and the hotel's employee training is very good, worthy of commendation! 2. I booked a sea-view room (on the 10th floor) where you can see Gulangyu Island, the view is very beautiful. 3. The white peach tea bags and Earl Grey tea bags in the room are delicious, and on the first day of check-in, there are welcome fruits, which is great. 4. The slippers are comfortable to wear.

- • 1. The water pressure is low, not very comfortable to wash. The shampoo makes the hair very dry after washing, luckily there is a conditioner included to help. 2. The expansion and contraction of the room is quite serious, during the day when the air conditioning is on, you will keep hearing the sound of metal expanding and contracting, a bit scary. 3. The soundproofing is not very good, the sound of neighboring rooms opening and closing doors is quite loud, and the room can feel the vibration. 4. The bathroom is too old, the wooden door frame of the shower room and the wooden support of the sink are both rotting, a bit dangerous... 5. There is a constant feeling of vibration when taking the elevator, quite scary.
