Exceeded Expectations
This is a very nice, clean, conveniently located hotel. I took my 16-year old twins here for 4 nights for an end of school year celebration and we stayed in the Kicker Rock suite which was very spacious, comfortable, and offered a panoramic view of the beautiful environment around the hotel. The food was very good and the staff at the hotel were very conscientious and friendly. The hotel felt much more like a boutique hotel than a chain. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

Outstanding
We absolutely loved our time at the Indigo in San Cristobal. The front desk staff, especially Bruce, made us feel very welcomed and was attentive to every detail. He even arranged for a special dessert and drink for our anniversary! We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was always outstanding. Stewart and Josbert took great care of us and made sure that all of our food and beverage were made to our liking. There are many place to eat in San Cristobal, but Darwin’s Secret was by far and away the best and served excellent cocktails. This was exactly the place we needed after being out exploring all day. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! The shower was nice and strong, and the housekeeping attended to replenishing and tidying up thoroughly each day. I also appreciated the location of the hotel. You can easily sit and be entertained by the sea lions, and there’s no motor vehicle traffic allowed on the sea-facing area of the hotel. All in all, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely hotel in San Cristobal. Staff is friendly and helpful, big shoutout to Bruce at the reception. Swimming area is lovely and you get to see an amazing sunset

Comfortable
Very clean and modern. Beds were super comfy and could crank the AC in the room. Concierge helped us arrange late check out so we could transition seamlessly to the next step of our trip. Shoutout Bruce B!

Amazing!
Everything was amazing! The cleanliness, the customer service, and the food were all excellent. The hotel is also in a perfect location, right in front of the ocean and in the town center, so you can easily walk around and explore. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip, no doubt!
