- • There was suddenly no hot water in the evening and also not the next morning. So I couldn't shower for 1 day. Didn't really get an apology from the hotel.
Comfortable, quiet stay in the center of Düsseldorf
The rooms were in top condition, with enough space in the closet and really comfortable beds. The A/C, which we unfortunately need during the hot days, was reasonably quiet. The fridge was big enough to allow us to cater our own breakfast, the coffee machine was also a nice plus. The bathroom had a nice rain shower and a glass wall, no nasty curtains. A small desk and chair and two comfy armchairs completed the furniture. Good for almost two weeks. Last but not least: nice and friendly staff.

- • The entrance to the shower was a bit flat, so it was easy to flood the bathroom accidentally. This could need some improvement. But we learned to avoid it.
We had booked a standard room with a queen-size bed, but got a large room with a king-size bed. However, not with a garden view, but facing the street. The equipment was okay, the bathroom a bit too small. The breakfast buffet was as expected.

- • The hotel allegedly has parking spaces, which is not true. There is a cooperation with a parking garage next door, but it's a matter of luck to get a parking space. I then asked at the reception where I could park and was sent to Rewe, where there is no parking garage. After 30 minutes of searching in the area, I finally parked in one of the taxi parking spaces in front of the hotel.

- • The shower leaks and floods everything, a strange beeping noise in the room that lasts all night disturbed the sleep, the balcony looks terrible
