- • My room was downgraded without my knowing. I booked a room with a big balcony but upon arrival I was told my room would not have the big balcony I was hoping for (and paying for). I got free breakfast as compensation but to be honest, it didnt make it worth it. I paid anyway because we really needed a place to stay. After thinking back of it, it was very disappointing because we booked the room specifically for the big balcony.

- • That the breakfast buffet was cleared before 10:30 am.... we are late breakfast eaters!
I would book again for a weekend stay.
The location is good and you can get a cheaper rate in the adjacent parking garage if you stay at the hotel. Bathroom pleasantly large.

- • There were two of us in the room. But we only had one set of towels. Breakfast is too expensive so we didn't book any.
The room is stylish and spacious. Delicious coffee is available in the room. The hot chocolate in the room is delicious. The location is great. The receptionist was smiling and gave a good impression.

- • Even if you are careful, water spreads on the floor from the shower booth. If only that didn't happen, it would be perfect.
