👎 Disliked
- • I didn't like the smell of the room freshener, as it seemed similar to insecticide. However, a hotel staff member approached and deactivated the bathroom freshener, solving the problem.

Visiting Zaragoza
I especially liked the very comfortable bed although the pillow was a bit hard. The location is perfect, right in the center, in Plaza del Pilar.

- • I didn't like the dining room much, it is divided into several rooms and is on the -1 floor. The breakfast is good, cold cuts, omelette, fruit, juice, coffee, very good

- • I came to Zaragoza for an event and needed to change clothes at 1 pm, but they did not provide me with a room, even though the rooms were available at that time.
👎 Disliked
- • Too bad, I made a mistake of 24 hours on the reservation date, and we paid the full amount!! And the next day, it was not possible as the hotel was fully booked.
