We liked the spaciousness of the room, with the possibility of having a balcony with a fantastic view of the city. Water at ideal temperatures. Air conditioning in perfect operation. Television with several attractive cable channels, even for those traveling with children

- • We found little breakfast variety, and a small dining area. In terms of bath towels, there were few per person. Uncomfortable pillows and no extra blankets. Few outlets in the room. The room lighting was minimal

- • Cleanliness, maintenance. The room was outdated and unmaintained. It had a strange smell and was dirty in some parts. The corridors were dirty and very mismatched with the modern style of the hotel entrance. They seemed like two completely different spaces. The breakfast was as basic as possible. The most basic meal from an ibis that I have ever eaten
