Very good 3* hotel. Very well equipped and decorated. Central location. Comfortable room.

Room 203 quiet despite balcony overlooking the main square. Pleasant radiator in the room and immediate hot water at the right temperature. Purified water fountain.

Good choice overall hotel in Puno. Good breakfast. Good location.
Most modern room. Only room in three weeks of around Peru that had a heater! Not sure if it worked!

- • No ventilation in the room at night so we opened up the balcony door then it became too noisy. Next time would not choose a room on the plaza.
Good value for money
Good value for money. The room was very spacious (there were 4 beds). Central location and with a nice view. Breakfast sufficient. Much appreciated the availability to store the luggage for an extra night.
