Great location - we only had a quick stopover before an early bus to Cusco. Front desk organised our early morning taxi and gave us a breakfast bag to go. Super accommodating staff!

Very pleasant hotel on Placa de Armas.
Very pleasant hotel on Placa de Armas.
Very convenient location even though very noisy because there is dancing and singing every day in the square. Spacious and clean room. They allowed us to leave our luggage until the evening and we could use the common areas as we had a night bus.

- • When we arrived, they gave us the wrong room when we had booked a larger room with a double bed, after pointing it out they changed it. The bathroom of the room probably shared a wall with the bathroom of another room. One evening we ordered a toast at the restaurant and it took them more than half an hour to make it and they didn't even want to accept payment by card.
Overlooking the main square. The structure overall is welcoming and seems to be one of the best in all of Puno.

- • One evening there was no hot water and it took them several hours to solve the problem. The sheets did not seem very clean.
Good for one or two nights.
The proximity of the hotel, the fact that breakfast is served from 6 am. Having water and heating is pleasant.

- • Difficult to reach, as it is located in the Plaza de Armas and you cannot drive there, it is quite complicated to reach the hotel with luggage, also because there is no guidance from the hotel, they do not answer our calls and it is very difficult to park in the vicinity.
Perfect location on the Plaza de Armas. Very large room and comfortable beds, comfortable bathroom and bathtub as well. Breakfast was quite simple and not very varied, but included in the price. There was also complimentary tea in the hotel lobby.

- • There were no outlets with type C/F plug (220V commonly used in Europe) in the room (maybe for the TV it was of that type), only in the bathroom.
