- • There is no elevator, we got a fifth floor which was bad for my back, the pool was very small and crowded, we had a fan and it was very hot, not enough.
Terrible experience.
It’s terrible, they should have all the prices on the reservation, because they have extra prices when you arrive.

- • Outside the window is an electrical center, it's too dangerous. The bathroom is terrible. The windows face the bedroom, terrible. The cleanliness is not good, and it is too expensive for the quality they offer.
Good for just arriving to sleep, not for spending time in the room, more for older adults and families.
It is well located, however, I had a street view and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise. The lady from the family in the room in front was shouting all the time, from early morning to late afternoon, I reported it to reception but they could do little. Besides that, it is functional for staying a few days and just arriving to sleep. The pool was not clean, it had excessive chlorine.

- • The pool had too much chlorine, the finishes inside were neglected, and there was a lot of noise in the surroundings but it was due to the parties.

- • It could be that the hot water was not really hot but with the heat it was not very necessary
