Spectacular! We can't wait to come back!!!
Truly 5-star hotel, from the superior, personalized service, all very attentive, to the services, bar, and restaurants. The rooftop was surprising, with high-quality live music, spectacular view, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Main highlight for all the staff who, besides being very well qualified, showed a genuine desire to make a difference with joy, that was amazing. Great location as well, with free bike service to ride along the waterfront. For those who don't know Fortaleza, the concierge has great tips to make the most of the city, beaches, and tours.

- • We absolutely have nothing we didn't like. We always find points that could be improved, but in this case, everything was really good, a memorable experience, of superior quality and a very pleasant atmosphere.

All the kindness with which the employees received and treated us during our stay, I highlight the attention and care in serving and providing the best for me and my family by the employee Francimar. The pillow menu was also a very special point.

- • The way a Reception employee assisted me, during the night of Saturday, 01/08/26, when a package was arriving for me and I asked if it could be sent to 1611?, He was extremely rude, very different from the others who assisted me, as they made the Gran Class differential count, besides another situation in the same period, where I asked some questions and believed he would be the Concierge and waited at the table with the identification (a man with gray hair and a deep voice), a posture that was different from the other employees in the sector (receptionist, messengers, and security guards).
We created beautiful memories...
We stayed in two rooms, but as we were with family, they put us in an integrated room with the other. The kids loved it.

I liked everything. The Gran Marquise is my favorite hotel in Fortaleza. I stayed in the Gran Class category and really noticed the difference. Best accommodations and several treats available for guests! I really enjoyed the Gran Class experience.
