The receptionist's attention and willingness to give me a room with the best view (to the pool) before check-in time, and the attention, attitude, and willingness of the housekeeper in cleaning the room. It's important to mention that I forgot my gold chain with a pendant in the bathroom, and the housekeeper kindly left it on the TV stand for me. Thank you very much for everything!
