- • We had to wait for breakfast tables. We had been asked to mark a time for it and when we went there was no free table. Only after 20 minutes of waiting was there a free one

- • The pool temperature was very low, one of the reasons why I stayed at the hotel was for the pool. The schedule is very limited from 11 to 17. And the water was cold and not suitable for staying in. It's a shame really!!!

- • I didn't like that the heated pool was cold, I went with children and we couldn't use the facilities. The cleaning service was terrible, they only changed sheets and towels, the bathroom was dirty and the floor wasn't swept. The TV didn't work.

- • That we had reserved a room for 4 and they gave us 2 rooms for 2. And the other issue was the heated pool because it was on an outdoor terrace that you had to walk through an open-air path and now in winter that is very complicated because you freeze

- • I was charged US 20 per night for having my pet and I don't understand it. The room was very small and I paid an extra amount for the same room. I paid US 20 extra for nothing. I gave the hotel 40 dollars. I really don't understand it.
