- • The night porter snoops around the rooms with his ear to the door. 3 nights in a row, I caught him running through a staff door when I caught him one night. On challenging him he said there was noise coming from the room (I had my headphones on playing online gaming). Got the feeling if you're English, American or European you are not welcome. Do not bring kids due to the abnormal behaviour of the door snooping night porter.

- • The pillows, in my opinion, are very soft, too soft and I can't get comfortable to sleep

Everything was perfect in terms of comfort, there was no issue, everything super clean, super tidy and in perfect condition

- • The TV had the Smart TV option but could not be used since it was not connected to the internet. It would be good if it could be used because the channels are bad and there is not even any music.

- • The building is tilted, very dizzying, uncomfortable. The internet is so slow it's useless. The water dries out the skin a lot. The bed and pillows are very hard. The windows open very little, there is no good ventilation. There are leaks. The hallway carpets have a lot of dust.
