- • You can hear people in the hallway and the cleaning ladies make too much noise talking and laughing. There were hairs and other people's hairs everywhere in the room!!! Even in the bed! It made me uncomfortable! Feeling claustrophobic because you can't open the window even on the ground floor. The neighborhood is bad! Lots of drug addicts at night! No one speaks English among the staff! You have to leave a deposit to get the TV remote, I have never seen this anywhere else!

- • The location, although close to the historic center, wasn't very nice at night. However, Uber was very cheap, so in the end, the location wasn't a big deal.

- • The toilet did not flush. Black remains kept coming back from sewers/pipes. There was noise from other units all night.
