- • There is no option for a dinner that is good with air-conditioned dining room. With the heat that it is, there should be a climatized room. The rooms are not very comfortable except for the bed. The bathroom is small, there are no outlets where the desk is. Honestly, they should renovate the rooms.

Bad service at Hotel Del Prado and its staff is terrible, an old room with damaged air conditioning and sink
Nothing terrible, bad experience, I will never go back there to that hotel, such a degrading experience from the reception everything bad, I regret not having stayed at the Dann Carton hotel, a much better hotel a thousand times

- • Our experience at this hotel was very bad. From the beginning, the attention at reception was terrible. The first room they assigned us had no air conditioning or phone. When we requested a change, they gave us another room where the air conditioning also didn't work. Additionally, the room looked old and in poor condition; they didn't offer us a room in the new tower. The attitude of one of the employees was very rude, and we felt discriminated against for being accompanied by a Colombian friend. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should be taken seriously by the management. We expected a quick solution, respect, and quality service, but unfortunately, we didn't receive any of that. I do not recommend it
