- • The shower in the room only worked fully with very hot water. The cold water did not allow me to shower. I was also upset because I checked out at 8 am, and at 1 pm I returned to the hotel to pick up my backpack and asked for the kindness of being given a room for a quick shower and change of clothes. It was denied to me, and they offered a tiny bathroom with only a toilet for me to change. I found the attitude rude.

The air conditioning made a loud noise that could be heard from the reception. I checked in and when I saw the condition of the accommodations, I had to pay for cancellation and arrange for another accommodation. Ended up spending twice. Awful.

It positively surprised me, and if there are other opportunities, I will certainly return.
The hotel's location is unquestionably good, in a very central region. I walked from the hotel to the TV tower and then continued on foot to the Three Powers Square, passing by several tourist spots. The breakfast surprised me very positively with its variety. And whenever something ran out, the staff promptly replenished it. The room was very spacious, private, quiet, and comfortable.

- • There was only water in the minibar. It didn't bother me, but for those who want something more, they would have to request it through reception. Regarding meals, I ordered dinner and had to go to the hotel next door, which is part of the same chain. Just across the street, true, but it could have been served at the hotel itself.
I liked the luggage rack and the location near the shopping mall.
