- • The cleanliness left something to be desired (presence of cockroach and ant), shower box broken which flooded the entire bathroom. Noisy air conditioning.
Extremely well located, close to ground zero. Breakfast is okay, the only problem is that the room is small.

- • I got a room on the lower floor. Because of that, it seems quite damp and full of bathroom flies. Room cleaning only happens when requested.

- • Nighttime female receptionist very ignorant, was taking a shower the water stopped heating up, I asked for help at the reception, but the attendant said there was nothing to do because there was no maintenance staff at night, a mini hairdryer that needs to be requested at the reception, doesn't dry anything. Terrible stay.
They need to improve the hotel maintenance and services.

- • Bathroom with half-roll of toilet paper on the glass shelf of the sink. Air conditioning condenser from the adjacent apartment with an absurdly loud noise throughout the night. Asked to change the burned-out room lamp, but they didn't change it.
Excellent cost-benefit for the region.

- • The breakfast could have more varieties and the serving time could be a little earlier, the room despite being spacious needs renovations, modernization to make it more cozy and comfortable.
