Excellent, comfortable hotel in a safe area. Air conditioning was faultless. Very good and rich breakfast. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Parking in the garage for an additional fee. We are very satisfied with the hotel.

Excellent address for visiting Bruges
Very welcoming staff. Reserved parking just in front. Very good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Very well located for sightseeing and convenient to return if needed during the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right in the center. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

- • The family room was a bit small with 2 adults and 3 children. Fine for 1 night, but not comfortable for multiple nights. And the air conditioning did not work as expected. It was very hot with outside temperatures of around 33 degrees.
Very nice place to discover historical Bruges.
It's right in the center of the city. Very nice and clean hotel. People from overseas might find the narrow corridors strange.

- • Unfortunately, there is a bar right under the windows and on one of the nights, visitors were quite noisy late at night.
Everything was okay, the elevator was very small and the rooms were very noisy due to the wooden floor, but overall okay, right in the middle of the city. No disturbance from the outside.
