The hotel's unique location, all the little touches in our room. The reception and availability of the staff towards each guest. The breakfast was very complete and good. Our driver Mauricio was very kind and professional

The best hotel by the waterfall.
You can enjoy the fantastical waterfall in the morning. While some facilities are old, such as the inability to flush toilet paper, the service is impeccable.

- • The prices are exorbitant. Furthermore, there is a lack of an intermediate restaurant, between the buffet (which is very expensive, despite being a buffet) and the fine dining restaurant (which is very small and does not meet the guests' demand). Some services were not up to the hotel's standard, much less its price, often with wrong or contradictory information.
