This is a great hotel - the location is very good and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Ruth at reception was always helpful. Diego on the breakfast team always had a smile and our room attendant did a great job. The rooftop pool and gym was a bonus

The hotel is incredible, its facilities and the attention of the reception and restaurant staff were excellent. We felt welcomed by their quality and kindness. The restaurant staff is wonderful. The attention is continuous and you can enjoy the great view from its terrace. The amenities are incredible; gym, sauna, steam room, pool, and excellent jacuzzi in all its settings. We were able to enjoy the included breakfast and in the evening cocktails and dinner. The parking for vehicles adds a lot to the stay. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and the excellence in cleanliness I loved.

- • The spa staff was cold and inattentive. The products to apply to the body were as cold as their attention. I would change the spa staff and they would have a 10 out of 10.
The hotel in general is very nice, the pool is very pleasant, the restaurants are very good, the staff is attentive.

- • The first night I couldn't sleep because the air conditioning broke down, and I had to get up early, it made loud noises, but they changed my room the next day, but I had a very bad night.
