- • The pool area, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath are in poor condition, outdated. The pool chairs and umbrella are torn. This is not worthy of a five-star hotel.
Average for the price
Everything very clean and good facilities, very good breakfast.

- • They did not offer hand soap or conditioner, only a very aggressive facial soap for the skin even for just washing hands and shampoo. The hairdryer was very bad and old, while my boyfriend was drying his hair, all the lights in the room went out. The restaurant staff forgot our order when we requested a portion of pineapple because it had run out, they said they would bring it to our table and it never arrived.
Good stay
Excellent facilities, spacious and comfortable bathroom. Very good location and very attentive staff.

- • The coffee they offer in the room, for a 5-star hotel in a coffee-producing country, they should offer the best coffee but they give you a sachet of instant coffee, the worst there is
Nice hotel to enjoy the city.
The breakfast was varied, the menu was also varied, the room was comfortable, spacious, located in a good neighborhood, very friendly staff, the pool is small but functional.

- • The first 2 nights we were in a room where one of the beds was small, for children, which was extremely hard, so there was no rest, but when we changed rooms everything changed.
Very good location, very good breakfast, very good room. Improvement needed in pool cleaning and maintenance.
