Wonderful historic house, very attentive staff, but the room cleaning left something to be desired.

- • The cleaning staff, despite going to the room to make the bed and take out the bathroom trash, did absolutely nothing else. The waste and dirt on the floor remained there during our 4-day stay, they did not replenish bathroom items, we had to ask for toilet paper and tissues because these items ran out and were not restocked in the bathroom.
I liked it as a concept.

Hotel Cruz del Vado made our stay in Cuenca's historical center one to always remember. Impeccable service, comfort, food.
Service goes above and beyond expectations! It is not only a comfortable place to stay, but one where every detail counts. They surprised us with welcoming details in our room, and even accommodated an early departure at check out, so that we could enjoy our breakfast. Would definitely recommend them!
