Wonderful historic house, very attentive staff, but the cleanliness in the room was lacking.

- • The cleaning staff, despite going to the room to make the bed and take out the bathroom trash, did absolutely nothing else. The waste and dirt that were on the floor remained there during our 4-day stay, they did not replenish bathroom items, we had to ask for toilet paper and tissue paper because these items ran out and were not restocked in the bathroom.

Service goes above and beyond expectations! It is not only a comfortable place to stay, but one where every detail counts. They surprised us with welcoming details in our room, and even accommodated an early departure at check out, so that we could enjoy our breakfast. Would definitely recommend them!

The breakfast has been very good. The interior design is very beautiful, with fantastic sculpture details.

- • The parking cost should be covered by the hotel, also it is not a good space for parking cars. Noise in the room. Low water pressure.

This is a truly lovely boutique hotel in central Cuenca. Good sized rooms well appointed and insulated. Slept soundly throughout. Great restaurant and friendly efficient staff. Luxurious feel throughout. Sorry to leave.
