First class hotel, excellent location, beautiful building with history staff were keen to share.
Excellent location. Beautiful reception areas, more like a mini museum, with artefacts and memorabilia tastefully displayed. The bed was huge, very comfortable. Breakfast fantastic (we had red level options which were very good)

- • Our room, though stunning, was dark. I understand that Seville is hot and large windows aren’t great for keeping rooms cool. We had a beautiful patio area, but there was limited natural light.

The gentleman at our arrival (the very friendly reception manager) Room and lady room clean and at your service. Well-stocked breakfast.

- • The pool is too small and some details to review with the jacuzzi. Some female breakfast staff a bit too intrusive for a young couple. Review the restaurant menu so that all nationalities are represented. (The prawns look like crayfish to me and my origin)
Excellent hotel
Comfortable room, helpful staff, huge bed. We had a problem with the air conditioning, the staff tried to fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately changed our room and even gave us a late check-out the next day.

- • I did not like the design on the doors. I did not feel comfortable with the room. The design of the room and the bathroom is very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not the best, despite providing a menu, the food was not as good as it should be for a five-star. The pool is too small. A bit outdated.

A Sevillian Experience with modernity
The Hotel ,, Magnificent. Remodeled, Bullfighting atmosphere, and Art since the Museum of Fine Arts is very close, minutes away on foot. The staff at the reception, bellboys, and bartender are wonderful. I will definitely return.
