My experience at this hotel was very unsatisfactory and honestly does not correspond to an establishment that is promoted as 5 stars or to the value I paid for the stay. From the moment I entered the room, the bathroom had a strong bad smell, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. In addition, the room did not have basic amenities expected in a hotel of this category, such as a hairdryer. The safe was also not installed; I had to request it to be brought later. On the other hand, the TV practically did not offer entertainment, as the channels did not work and it did not have streaming platforms. Likewise, the room lacked basic water supplies and the hotel did not offer any complimentary detail, something that is usually common in hotels of this category. Overall, I consider the relationship between price and service quality to be very poor. I expected an experience in line with a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, it was well below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel until it improves its facilities and the level of service it offers.
