- • The old facilities in poor condition, the fridge looked dirty, like old yellow. The service was very bad. Our check-in was at 3 P.M. and it was 9 P.M. and they had not given us the room because they had sold the one I had paid for in advance through Booking. Very bad service, I did not like the hotel's hair salon at all, they messed up the eyelashes with a spoon, very bad service
Excellent location, good facilities, and great breakfast
I really liked the facilities and the variety of services, especially the sauna, the Turkish bath, and the pool. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and quality. Also, the location is very good and quite central, which makes it easy to move around and explore other places

- • The main aspect to improve would be the WiFi connection, as during my stay the internet speed was quite low. Improving the stability and speed of the network would make the experience even more complete

- • The pool was dirty, the air conditioners are very old and make a lot of noise, for those of us with light sleep, that does not allow for a restful sleep
They do not send an invoice! The service via WhatsApp is terrible! Old facilities, poor cleanliness, elevator in poor condition
