- • A hotel that claims to be star-rated and boutique leaves much to be desired. The price charged is not the Booking price, much more expensive. Reasonable and very expensive restaurant, a true exploitation. Waiters who think they are superior to guests, dangerous hotel elevator, lacking maintenance and with malfunctions, the ceiling of the internal garden leaks more inside than outside. Terrible cost-benefit, surely there must be more honest hotels in Cartagena. I do not intend to return to the hotel or even to Cartagena! Dirt, harassment, even violent exploitation on tourists! Disappointing!

- • We were placed in a room where the bathroom ventilation was a hole in the wall towards the corridor, so out of the 3 nights we could not sleep for 2, as the other guests were too noisy and one night they had to wake them up at 3 a.m. knocking on their door to catch their flight, obviously if there is a hole in the wall without any noise containment anything will cause the sound to enter the room of the other guests. It was a shame because we specifically chose this hotel to be a little further from the hustle and bustle of the Historic Center and we couldn't rest precisely because of an architectural issue of the hotel. I think they should warn about that.
Excellent hotel in the old town of Cartagena
The hotel is very well located in the old town of Cartagena. The staff is excellent from the moment you arrive, they are attentive to everything. From the moment you enter the reception everything is beautiful. The decoration, the ambiance, etc. It also has a very good Italian restaurant.
