- • We appreciated that it was only for one night. The price-quality ratio is very poor. The cost is extremely high and the rooms and facilities in general (except for the pool) feel abandoned, with old and ugly furniture, poorly distributed and neglected spaces. Rather than arriving at the dream vacation spot, it feels like a transaction that you prefer to arrive late and tired to not spend much time there. We went with elderly people and nobody helped us with the luggage, the WiFi was intermittent, and the air conditioning did not cool well. In short, we would not return, we do not recommend it, and it is VERY expensive for what it offers

- • The upholstery very dirty, the bathroom with mold, the curtains torn. I got a room with a view of the mountain and the only mountain that could be seen was a pile of garbage. I truly felt embarrassed with my partner. The breakfasts were average in taste, the chilaquiles very dry and tasteless.
